How to report

If you believe you have found a security issue affecting hexyrn.com, email support@hexyrn.com with Security report in the subject. Include the affected page, a concise description and the least intrusive evidence needed to explain the problem.

Do not include passwords, live access tokens, customer records or large data extracts. If sensitive evidence is necessary, describe it first so an appropriate transfer method can be agreed.

Protect people and services

Stop if you encounter information you are not entitled to access. Do not alter or delete data, disrupt services, impersonate users, send phishing messages, or attempt to extend access. Please avoid publishing details that expose people or systems while the report is being assessed.

This page does not grant permission to access systems, conduct penetration tests or test third-party or client services. Obtain written authorisation before any testing that requires it. No payment or bounty is promised.

What happens next

We will assess relevant reports and, where appropriate, work with the hosting or software provider to investigate. We may ask for clarification or a safe way to reproduce the issue. Response and remediation times depend on the nature and urgency of the report.
